Jennings Environmental Education Center
We visited Jennings Environmental Education Center on May 27, and found the woodland wildflowers going to seed and the prairie wildflowers not yet budding. It was a lovely day following heavy rain, so the trails were muddy, perfect condition for butterflies! They often get important minerals by sipping at muddy water.
